Project Description

We created the Creative Talent Roster to bring designers and illustrators into YouTube, making sure we had a wide range of specialties and DEI. We wanted it to be a constantly growing database of talent, giving hiring and project managers quick access to work samples and artist descriptions. This allowed the team to prioritize community members for project opportunities whenever we needed external partners.

Process

The work included collaboration with engineers to compile imagery and information, creating user flows and wireframes for those seeking freelancers, and meeting with Inclusive Marketing to discuss terminology and ensure accessibility.
